January, Feb, May, Sept, 1st-14th December	$240 per night
March, April, October, November	$240 per night
July, August (Minimum 7 Nights Stay)	$320 per night
All Holidays Thanksgiving, Easter, Christmas, New Year Minimum 7 Nights Stay	$350 per night
Pool & Spa Heating	$28 per night

State tax of 13% to be added. One off cleaning fee of $100 for stays under 7 nights. Daily Maid Service available for $55 per day. Saturday to Saturday bookings preferred. Maximum number allowed by Florida State Law in this villa is 12 persons, exceeding this number will lead to eviction without refund. Arrival must be no sooner than 4:00pm. Departure must be no later than 10:00pm.
